Vital Integrative Solutions is a psychiatric health and wellness clinic offering holistic, patient-centered care.

What treatments do you offer?

Every plan is personalized to meet your specific needs.

Do you prescribe controlled medications?

We prescribe controlled medications only when medically necessary and after thorough evaluation.

  • Benzodiazepines (e.g., Xanax, Klonopin) are used sparingly and never long-term

  • Stimulants (e.g., Adderall, Vyvanse, Focalin) are prescribed only after a confirmed ADHD diagnosis—usually over several visits and with testing

Important to know:

  • No controlled medications at the first appointment

  • At least one in-person visit yearly

  • Controlled Substance Agreement required

  • Random urine drug screens may be requested

 

What happens at my first and follow-up sessions?

First session:

  • Complete required forms and consents in advance

  • Review your full medical and mental health history

  • Comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan creation

Follow-up sessions:

  • Progress review

  • Reassessment and treatment updates

  • Medication management (if applicable)

 

Do you offer telehealth and in-office visits?

Yes.

  • Telehealth: Secure video or phone (must be in a licensed state)

  • In-office: By special appointment—contact us for details

 

Which state(s) is my provider licensed in?

Dr. Williams, DNP, PMHNP-BC is licensed in Georgia. Additional states may be added in the future.

 

What payment options are available?

We are a cashless practice.
Accepted payment methods:

  • Debit card

  • Credit card

  • FSA/HSA card

  • Several major insurances

A valid card must be kept on file. Copays/payments are due before each session.

 

Can I schedule if my insurance is out-of-network or my deductible is not met?

Yes.

  • We verify benefits before your session

  • Out-of-network patients can receive a superbill for possible reimbursement

  • A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your appointment

 

Is there a cancellation or no-show fee?

Yes. A $75 fee applies if you:

  • Cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment

  • Arrive more than 10 minutes late without notice

 

How do I request medical records or forms?

Contact our office directly.

  • Allow 5–7 business days for completion

  • Fees may apply for forms, letters, reports, or phone calls

  • Charges are billed to your payment method on file
